Things to do in the Murraylands: October 23-29, 2026

The Spring Nationals at the Bend have been postponed – the drag racing event will now be held from November 20-22 – but there will still be plenty on in the Murraylands this week.

At the top of the list will be the Callington Show, one of the newest and best in country South Australia, if we say so ourselves.

Head along to listen to Peter Coombe, watch whip-cracking or Ukrainian dancing, try line dancing yourself with Saddle and Stomp, or even get a free skin check from the Australian Melanoma Research Foundation.

Plus, of course, you can enjoy all the fun you would expect at any country show: food, amusements, competitions, animals and more.

If that’s not your cup of tea, though, scroll down and see what else is happening in our region.

This weekly feature is brought to you by Machinery Distributors Australia – delivering machinery solutions across Australia.
