A very artsy August will continue this week with more SALA exhibitions, a cabaret by a local talent and a major musical production by local school students.

Katherine Wicker and a five-piece band will debut their cabaret show So ... You're Divorced at the Bridgeport Hotel on Friday and Saturday night.

Tyndale Christian School will present a production of Anastasia the Musical starting next Thursday night, too, so save yourself a trip to Adelaide and see the phenomenon in your own backyard.

So ... You're Divorced: 7.30pm for 8pm at the Bridgeport Hotel, Murray Bridge. From first dates to finding yourself again, this cabaret follows a 30-something woman navigating life after marriage with honesty, humour, and heart. The story is told through powerhouse songs, raw ballads, and original music. Performed live by five local musicians, enjoy songs made famous by Missy Higgins, The Last Five Years and The Greatest Showman as well as some originals. This is a night about heartbreak, healing, and remembering who you are when the relationship ends and learning how to love again ... starting with yourself. Returns Saturday.
