There's so much happening over the next few days, including Youth Week, the start of the footy and netty, motor racing, a running festival, a drive-in movie night and a range of activities to keep the kids entertained during the school holidays.

Bridge Festival will kick off Youth Week proceedings on Saturday at Sturt Reserve from 11am.

Highlights will include live music performances, river activities, music workshops, aerosol and visual art sessions, skate park coaching, a rock-climbing wall, laser tag, outdoor games and healthy lifestyle activities.

The festival will also showcase participants in the Murray Bridge council’s Band Connections and Hip Hop Connect programs and volunteer pathways, which support young locals to build real-world skills in performance, production, sound engineering, art and event delivery.

Other Youth Week activities will include recognition of Youth Homelessness Matters Day at Headspace on Wednesday and Ignite Your Future, a careers expo for people aged 12-25, at the Station on Tuesday.
