Best wishes for a successful venture. If it ends up not being self funding - at what point does it get abandoned so as not to be a drag on the public purse I wonder? This sort of undertaking is usually the domain of private enterprise not a council. I trust the Council has a plan behind all of this combined with frequent status/cost reports to the rate payers.
