Meet the team at the Warner Health and Wellness Centre
These are the compassionate and expert staff who can support your health and wellness journey at a new allied health centre in Murray Bridge.
This sponsored story is brought to you by the Warner Health and Wellness Centre.
Built on compassion and professionalism, Warner Health and Wellness Centre is a welcoming place where you can access trusted health and wellbeing services close to home.
Located on Warner Road, in Murray Bridge’s west, the modern facility offers a range of allied health and related services with the backing of the award-winning Murray Mallee Aged Care Group.
Six professionals have begun consulting at the centre since its official opening in April: a physiotherapist, a lymphedema practitioner, a hypnotherapist, a dietician, a podiatrist and a hairdresser.
Come and meet the team.

Bianca Gazzola, dietician
Bianca is a familiar face to many across the Murraylands and Fleurieu, having worked at two Murray Bridge GP clinics and conducted home visits for a wide range of clients.
She’s excited about spending her Tuesday mornings at Warner Health from next month.
“There’s so much potential here to create a different environment for clients to feel welcome in a homely environment,” she says.
Her work allows her to create meal plans for people with diverse requirements, from those managing chronic illnesses such as diabetes or heart disease, to those who want to retain their independence at home as their ability to prepare meals changes.
“Our sessions (help people) to continue to remain independent, enjoy meal times and continue to meet their nutritional needs,” she says.

Linda Hayman, hypnotherapist
As a nurse with more than 20 years’ experience, Linda has a unique insight into the benefits of hypnotherapy and psychotherapy, practices she regards as being complementary to traditional medicine.
She, too works with all sorts of clients, from those living with PTSD to those who want to better manage their weight or quit smoking.
“I provide a service for people to release the emotions of stress and anxiety, and give them a tool to manage that through the environment that we live in,” she says.
“It’s about looking at the whole person in a holistic way: mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually.”
She is available now for bookings with clients over the age of 45 on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons.

Stephan Trinkle, physiotherapist
Stephan has relocated from Victoria to practise in the Murraylands, where he now does “a bit of everything”.
His clients include people recovering from stroke, surgery or sporting injuries and those with ongoing orthopaedic issues.
A particular passion for him, though, is men’s pelvic health.
He uses physiotherapy to help men improve their bladder control, sexual health and function, and reduce any pelvic pain they may be experiencing.
“If you can reduce someone’s pain, or help them see their families, or help them be able to stay home instead of going into residential care, that gets me excited,” he says.
“The difference between having sexual function or not having it, or between having bladder control or not having it – they’re big things, and physio has been shown to help.”
He practises at Warner Health from Monday to Wednesday each week.

Heide Callery, lymphedema practitioner
A registered nurse, Heide has come to specialise in treatment of lymphedema: a chronic build-up of lymphatic fluid, often in the legs, and often as a secondary symptom of other conditions.
She can help patients drain their fluid and manage their condition, including by fitting stockings and similar items.
“Edema in people’s legs gives them a higher risk of wounds and infections, but management helps those people stay out of hospital and keep healing,” she says.
While much of her previous work has been within aged and home care settings, she now works with people of all ages, and has appointments available at Warner Health throughout the week.

Luke Wheldale, podiatrist
Luke is Warner Health’s resident podiatrist, a qualified expert in feet, ankles and lower legs.
He has worked across private practice, community care and aged care, typically with older adults, people with mobility issues, and clients who need regular foot care at home.
He has a strong interest in community podiatry, routine foot care, skin and nail conditions, and helping people stay comfortable and mobile at home.

Tammy Edwards, hairdresser
Also making regular appearances at Warner Health is Tammy, a qualified hairdresser and barber with more than 30 years’ experience.
She is passionate about helping people look and feel their best, and offers more than just a service – an appointment with her gives you an opportunity to unwind in a relaxed environment where you feel valued, heard and cared for.
Whether you’re looking for a fresh new style, expert colour advice, barbering services, or guidance on hair and scalp health, Tammy is committed to helping you achieve a look that makes you feel confident, refreshed, and authentically you.
