The first friendly face you're likely to see at Ahrns Electrical is office manager, Ebony Lloyd.
Born and raised here in Murray Bridge, Ebony knows her way around confusing accounts, HR, social media and all the behind the scenes work at Ahrns Electrical.
During her schooling at the local tafe, she completed a certificate three in administration before going on to do a traineeship at Bowhill Engineering.
After taking a few years off work when she fell pregnant with her first daughter, Ebony was quite excited when an opportunity to work at Ahrns Electrical presented itself.
"Tristan (the owner) is actually my cousin... I still applied very professionally and sent him an email with my resume and cover letter," Ebony says.
Now Ebony has been with the team for over a year and loves the balanced lifestyle it provides for her young family.
As part of Ebony's role, she also handles new and potential recruitments to the Ahrns Electrical team.
Speaking of, they are still on the lookout for a qualified tradesperson to join the team and be part of their great work/life balanced lifestyle.
"If someone's the right fit for us we will do what ever we can to get them on board.
"We want to grow but we don't want to forget the roots we came from... we are all locals, we're all from here and we're all staying here.
"What we see in the future is to be the go-to electrical company for locals," Ebony says.
Ahrns Electrical offer their employees maximum flexibility as majority of their members have young families.
"We know that people get sick, things happen, so we're really understanding of finishing early or needing a day off."
Ebony is even able to bring her children to work on some days when she needs a little extra help in the office.

"It's a great place to work... we pay well but I think the other perks that come with it are important," she says
The crew do monthly debriefs and quarterly team social events with the next one being the country themed race event at the Murray Bridge race course.
"It's a bit of team bonding that's actually fun and people want to show up for... it's very family orientated."
