Things to do in the Murraylands: September 19-25, 2025
Your guide to the RMFL grand final, pedal prix, speedway opening night and everything else happening in our region this week.

There’s never a dull moment in the Murraylands in September, and this weekend will be no exception.
For the second weekend in a row, a national-level race is coming to our region, although this one will be a lot quieter and most of the drivers will be a lot younger.
The Australian International Pedal Prix will bring thousands of spectators to Murray Bridge’s Sturt Reserve on Saturday and Sunday.
At Tailem Bend, footy grand finals will be on this Saturday, with two juggernauts – Jervois and Coorong – going head to head in the A grade.
It’ll be Jervois’ fifth grand final in six years, and they’ve gone 3-1 so far … but then again, the Cats have only lost one match in two years themselves.
Oh, and Saturday will be opening night at the speedway, too.
So yes, there’s a bit on.
