If you're after laughs, a day at the races or some live music, it's all happening this week.

Kick off the weekend with the Callington Comedy Allstars Show featuring local favourite Mark Ryan, AKA the Beautiful Bogan, at the Callington Recreation and Community Centre along with some rising comedians in support.

If music is more your thang, Swannies has karaoke with Bristles on Friday and the Mannum Hotel is doing it for Dolly with Mumma Blue and Jamie Law from 8pm – wear blue and support this fundraiser to help end bullying.

Get out your best country and western gear and head to Murray Bridge Racing Club on Saturday for the Spry Raceday from 11am.

There's a mechanical bull, hat burning, live music and even some horse racing.

One of the most anticipated SA greyhound racing events, the Murray Bridge Cup, will take place on Sunday afternoon from 4.30pm and serve as a major fundraiser for the Murray Bridge CFS, with all gate admissions being donated to this great group of volunteers.

If you fancy a less frenetic activity, it's your last chance to admire the works in the Rotary Art Show at the Murray Bridge Regional Gallery.

The exhibition closes on Sunday and don't forget you can still lodge your vote in the people's choice category.
