From motor sport to meditative activities, there'll be loads on this weekend across our region.
The Palmer Sculpture Biennial gets underway on Saturday with works from 27 sculptors including international artists from the UK, Switzerland and Germany plus local and national creators.
Greg Johns, a acclaimed locally-based sculptor with an international reputation, runs the Biennial from his Palmer property, helping to showcase his artform and the many artists who work on this monumental scale.
Two more brilliant, stone-based exhibitions, Skopos and Beyond the Stone Age, are currently running at Murray Bridge Regional Gallery.
Car fans have a mouthwatering feast ahead with the Super Series at the Bend from Friday to Sunday and a huge field, including interstate entrants, challenging for the SA Modified Sedan title at Murray Bridge Speedway on Saturday night.
There will be markets in Murray Bridge and at Callington this Saturday, too.
Regardless of what you're into, the weather will be fantastic and there's every reason to get out of the house!

Palmer Sculpture Biennial: 11am - 6pm at 372 Davelport Road, Palmer. Join internally renowned sculptor Greg Johns at his Palmer property to launch the 2026 Sculpture Biennial. This year features 27 sculptors participating from Germany, Switzerland, England, across Australia and South Australia in the unique Palmer landscape.
