There will be an abundance of markets, music and family activities this long weekend.

Sample local goodies and grab a bargain at Easter markets at Coomandook, Mannum or Purnong, or the Mannum Rowing Club’s trash and treasure garage sale.

If music is more your thang, join multi-Golden Guitar winner Tom Curtain on Friday or head to Mannum for electric and acoustic tunes across the weekend.

Check with your local church to find Good Friday and Easter Sunday service times.

Also on Sunday, Murray Bridge Cars and Coffee will highlight tractors and trucks, alongside static engines supplied by the Lower Murray Vintage Engine and Machinery Club, at Sturt Reserve.

Stay safe on the roads, have a happy Easter and don’t panic if you eat too much chocolate – it’s a food group all on its own, right?
