The last weekend of September is always one of the busiest of the year for events in the Murraylands, and this Saturday and Sunday will be no exception.

Let’s start with the Murray Bridge Show, which will be on Friday night and all day Saturday.

As ever, this year’s event will feature rides, side shows, showbags, animals, competitions, trade stalls, food, drinks and live music – in other words, fun for the whole family.

Two highlights will be the return of the ever-popular kids’ Bunyip Trail and a drone show which will light up the night sky on Friday.

Throw in the first pedal prix in three years, opening night at the speedway, two different musicals, the AFL grand final and plenty more – it’ll be a big one.
