If you’ve spent much time on YouTube over the past five years, you’ve probably come across the swearing-filled cooking channel Nat’s What I Reckon.

Nat has become nationally recognised as a content creator, entertainer, cook and mental health advocate – and he’ll be the star guest at Murray Bridge’s Mental Health and Wellbeing Expo this Friday.

Drop in to Murray Bridge’s town hall between 9.15am and 3pm for coffee and wood-fired pizza, weaving, massage, stalls, raffles, prizes, live music and more.

On stage will be sound therapist Scott Daniels first up, a welcome at 9.55am, Nat at 10.45am, a Headspace youth panel at 12pm, screen addiction expert Kim Le at 12.30pm and a Skylight band at 2.30pm.

The entire event will be free and presented by the Murray Bridge council and Genuine Support Services Australia.

This weekly feature is brought to you by the Bridgeport Hotel – the place to be.
