A shed fire at Woodlane, 20 kilometres north of Murray Bridge, has caused an estimated $200,000 in damage.

In the early hours of Saturday morning, Country Fire Service volunteer firefighters responded to the fire on North Bokara Road.

Around 15 CFS firefighters with four trucks worked alongside the Metropolitan Fire Service, police and SA Ambulance in a coordinated effort to extinguish the fire in a 21-by-seven-metre shed.

Firefighters quickly stopped the blaze from spreading beyond the shed or reaching the nearby home, thanks to the coordinated response.

However, the shed was destroyed and its contents were lost.

Fire investigators were sent to inspect the scene.

The shed was located on a property which was sold just six months ago, according to realestate.com.au.
