From sales to marketing, property management to administration, Raine and Horne Murraylands has scooped the pool at an industry awards ceremony over the weekend.

The iconic real estate group recognised the best and brightest in its South Australian network on Saturday night at Sky City in Adelaide.

The local agency was recognised for selling more properties than any other Raine and Horne franchise in the state amid high demand for local real estate.

It was also named number one for marketing excellence.

Among the individual winners were:

  • Senior property consultant Michael Cox, SA’s top salesperson by both the number and value of properties sold
  • Residential property manager Henry Cahillane, the most outstanding property manager in SA
  • Office manager Meaghan Watkins, for providing the most outstanding office support in SA

Raine and Horne Murraylands also made the top five in terms of total property sales by value, as did both Casey and John DeMichele for the highest number of sales, and John for sales by value.

Both John and Michael were recognised with membership of Raine and Horne’s Chairman’s Club, for the group’s top performers.

Michael credited the whole Raine and Horne Murraylands team for its collective success, and the Murraylands community for making that success possible.

“So many agencies are trying to tap into our market at the moment, but so many great clients have chosen to stick with us, and we’re grateful for that,” he said.

“It’s not just the sales team that has done well, either, it’s the office in every capacity: Henry as a property agent, admin, marketing, every facet of the business is operating at a really high level.

“We’re continually trying to improve, and locals are backing us up.”

Casey said the culture of the Raine and Horne team was what allowed everyone in that team to produce results: “We couldn’t do what we do without the team and the community behind us.”

Executive chairman Angus Raine said the awards had highlighted the Raine and Horne group’s strength in South Australia.

“These awards recognise the outstanding professionalism, effort and results delivered by our South Australian offices and their teams,” he said.

“The 25 per cent growth in attendance at this year’s South Australian Awards for Excellence is very pleasing for me personally, and reflects the strong momentum of the Raine and Horne brand across the state and the continued success of our offices in supporting their local communities.”
