Police recover stolen motorbike and jewellery at Tailem Bend
Plus the rider of a stolen motorbike gets bogged, police help Murray Bridge business owners prevent crime and three drivers get picked up for methamphetamine use.
Police are seeking the owners of a red Honda motorbike and items of jewellery found during a raid on a Tailem Bend property.
Police visited the property as part of an investigation into a theft at Rocky Gully on July 17, and recovered a computer and other items which had been taken.
However, they also found other things suspected of having been stolen, including licence plates, prescriptions and identification documents.
They arrested three locals for possessing the stolen goods – a 33-year-old man and two women, 28 and 56 – and also charged the two younger people with trespassing and theft.
Anyone with information that might help identify the items should contact Crime Stoppers and quote case number 24-127M.
