Police are investigating the theft of three classic cars from a Murray Bridge storage shed.

The shed, located on Emerald Street, was reportedly broken into between May 14 and 22.

The cars were a 1972 Ford XA GT sedan, registration GT1972; a 1972 Ford XA ute; and a 1984 Ford F100 ute.

A Daytona speedboat was also stolen but has since been located, burnt out, in Murray Bridge.

Police are investigating whether these thefts are linked to a break-in and theft of a double axle trailer from a nearby business early morning on May 19.

Anyone with CCTV or dashcam in the area should check for footage of any of the mentioned vehicles.

If you have any information on the thefts or the whereabouts of the stolen vehicles, please call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or contact them via their website, www.crimestopperssa.com.au
