The Adelaide Fringe festival kicks off in the big smoke this weekend, and the first of 10 local shows will be on in Murray Bridge, too.

Head to the Bridgeport Hotel on Friday night for a stand-up show by SA comedians Mike Klimczak, Kate Burr and Jono Makai.

After that, the rest of the weekend will be all yours – maybe some speedway on Saturday night, the Rotary swap meet in Sunday morning or an art exhibition opening that afternoon?
