Knuckle-duster, drugs found after search at pub

Police have arrested a Murray Bridge man at the Swanport Hotel after a midnight visit.

A home-made knuckle duster was among items found on a man arrested at the Swanport Hotel on Wednesday night, police allege.

Police arrived at the hotel at 12.30am and began searching patrons with metal detectors.

Officers allege that they found the knuckle duster in the 26-year-old man's pocket.

They also seized a home-made taser, a machete, a pocket knife, a small amount of methamphetamine, some cannabis and drug-related paraphernalia, allegedly from the man's car.
