One of the top-ranked Moto GP riders in the world, Australia’s Jack Miller, will drop in at The Bend this weekend for the grand finale of the Australian Superbike Championship.

Fresh off competing in Valencia, Spain last month and placing fourth in the world championship, Miller and his Ducati will join a field of the nation’s top road bike riders vying for victory.

It will be the first time he has competed on home soil in two years, thanks to the cancellation of the 2020 and 2021 Australian grands prix.

“I am really excited to be able to have this opportunity and race the final round of Australian Superbike Championship,” he said.

“To go and race in front of the Australian fans is a massive privilege and honour.

“I look forward to seeing everyone there.”

Five racing series will feature on Friday, Saturday and Sunday: Alpinestars Superbikes, Motorsport TV Supersports, Dunlop Supersport 300s, the Yamaha Finance R3 Cup and the Blu Cru Oceana Junior Cup.

The weekend’s racing will be broadcast and live-streamed by SBS and Fox Sports.
