Whatever movie or TV show is being filmed in the Murraylands this week, its producers are keeping mum about it.
A large film crew set up camp at the Riverglades Community Wetland on Tuesday, with numerous cast and crew vans, marquees and trucks full of equipment.
None was marked with the logo of any particular production company.
A crew member who was directing traffic declined to provide any information about the production to Murray Bridge News.
No films or TV shows are currently listed as being in production in South Australia on a public Screen Australia database.
The SA Film Corporation was equally tight-lipped.
“For privacy and security reasons, we are unable to provide or comment on details of production activity or filming locations, unless they have been publicly announced by the production itself,” a spokesperson told Murray Bridge News.
“We are not aware of anything being announced as filming in Murray Bridge.”
Orange location signs had been set up to point to the location.
It is not clear whether the same crew will be involved with a shoot due to take place at Callington over the next few days.
Sections of Hannam and Baker Streets are due to be blocked off from 10am to 2am on both Thursday and Friday, extending into Saturday morning.
The Murraylands and Hollywood have rubbed shoulders before, with productions including A Sunburnt Christmas and The Tourist, starring Jamie Dornan, having both been shot locally in recent years.
