Whether under their own name or the Billet Race Craft brand, this Murray Bridge firm is gaining a reputation for producing high-quality motor sport parts.

When Matthew Tyler gets back out on the track for the 2025-26 speedway racing season later this month, Kennewell will be right behind him.

The Murray Bridge CNC machining firm is not just a major sponsor of Tyler Bros Motorsport and a number of other racing teams.

Kennewell is also building a reputation for the quality of the custom parts it manufactures for the motor sport industry.

“We’re proud to have (Kennewell) in our corner and grateful for everything (they) do to keep us racing,” the Tyler brothers said in a recent social media post.

“Here’s to another season of great racing and great partnerships.”

At their Murray Bridge workshop, Kennewell produces parts including:

  • roll cage joiners
  • pulleys
  • caps and covers
  • filter housings
  • replica wheel nuts
  • dry sumps
  • axles
  • hubs

Kennewell’s “world’s best” roll cage joiners are sold under the Billet Race Craft brand, and approved for use in Motorsport Australia and Australian National Drag Racing Association competitions.

Billet Race Craft also sell differential breather kits, which protect against damage, and billet pulleys, which provide lower mass and greater strength.

Kennewell’s manufacturing capabilities are not limited to competitive motor sport, either.

If you own a high-performing vehicle of any kind, and have trouble getting parts for it, forget about ordering them from overseas – you might be able to get them made here in your own backyard.

“Motor sport and custom car and motorcycle parts are an important part of Kennewell’s business,” director Brett Kennewell says.

Kennewell can take you right through the production process if needed, from reverse-engineering, 3D-modelling and prototyping parts, to planning and executing a manufacturing run, to giving your parts a high-quality finish.

In the meantime, keep your eyes out for the motor sport teams supported by Kennewell during the upcoming season.

As well as Tyler Bros Motorsport, they include speedway team Jackermis Motorsport, lawnmower racing team Electric Man Racing, off-road racing team Element Off Road Racing, drag racing, drifting and four-wheel drive competitors.

When you see that chequered flag waving, remember the Kennewell parts that got them over the line.
