Council candidate John DeMichele will stand up for small business

John DeMichele has spent his career in real estate, not just helping local people find homes, but helping other local businesses grow.
He knows what it takes to succeed in business, and he knows what the council needs to do to help.
“I’ve been here for 55 years,” he says.
“In my business, I see people achieving things that are very positive.
“But that doesn’t mean positive things are just going to happen.
“Our elected members must take on the responsibility of making sure the town keeps going in the right direction.”
If re-elected, one of his priorities will be making sure small business owners feel like they have a voice.
“We have to focus on what small businesses need for the next decade,” he says.
“I’m proud of what we’ve done (at the council) – over the last four years we’ve really made a lot of progress.
“But there’s a lot more we need to do.”
John promises to bring his business mentality to the role.
He’ll be hands-on; and what the community wants, it will get.
How to vote for John DeMichele
Voters in the Murray Bridge district should have received their ballot papers by post.
On the ballot paper listing the 15 council candidates, place a “1” in the box next to DE MICHELE, John; then fill in the numbers 2-9 next to your preferred candidates.
Place your ballot paper in the supplied envelope, seal it, complete the details on the flap and return it to the Electoral Commission of South Australia by 5pm this Thursday, November 10.
If you forget to post your ballot in time, you can drop it off at the Murray Bridge council office up until 4.45pm.
