Bunyip Boost Grants will support community wellbeing initiatives
The Murray Bridge Wellbeing hub is offering grants to local community groups and individuals, but you'll have to get in very quickly.

Community groups and members will have the chance to be granted up to $5000 for projects that enhance the Murray Bridge region's wellbeing – but they will have to get in quick.
On Wednesday, Murray Bridge Wellbeing Hub announced the opening of the Bunyip Boost Grants.
Grants of up to $5000 will be available for community groups and individuals with innovative ideas to enhance local wellbeing.
The catch?
Expressions of interest must be submitted by 4pm this Friday, February 21.
Mayor Wayne Thorley encouraged community members to apply for the great opportunity to bring their ideas to life.
"Council is committed to partnering, advocating and supporting service providers to meet the current and future needs of the community," he said.
"We thrive when we live in a community that supports the aspirations of thought leaders who seek the betterment of our region."
The grants aim to empower local projects, programs, events and activities that address community needs.
To be eligible for funding, applicants must:
- Be community-based
- Serve a broad section of the community
- Address a demonstrated community need
- Present their idea to the Wellbeing Summit working group
- Be able to report on the outcomes of their initiative by May 31
Expressions of interest should be submitted to the Wellbeing Hub on South Terrace, Murray Bridge.
Once registered, applicants will receive an application form to complete their submission.
The grant program was proposed at a wellbeing summit in Murray Bridge late last year.
