Young driver clocked at 159km/h on Hunter Road
Plus a thief makes off with some recycling and police set up speed cameras around the Murraylands.

A 23-year-old man from Younghusband has allegedly been detected travelling at 159 kilometres per hour in a 110 zone.
At around 1.20pm on Saturday, police caught a Ford ute on Hunter Road, Bowhill.
The man was issued with an expiation notice totalling $1997 and nine demerit points; he also lost his license for six months.
Over the weekend, police also caught:
- A 67-year-old woman from Coromandel Valley on Long Island Road, Murray Bridge at 12.10am on Sunday, when she allegedly produced a blood alcohol reading of 0.62
- A 18-year-old Murray Bridge man driving a Holden ute on Industry Road, Murray Bridge at 1.50am on Sunday, when he allegedly produced a blood alcohol reading of 0.203
- A 48-year-old Mannum man stopped on McQuarrie Street, Murray Bridge on Monday after checks revealed he was allegedly driving whilst suspended

Who would have thought a thief would target a wool bale full of recycling?
A Murray Bridge resident has warned Murray Bridge News that someone came into their backyard during the past week and took off with a large sack full of bottles and cans, ready to be recycled.
The items were being stored in two old wool bales; the thief tipped everything into one of them, then took off with it.
