Wellington ferry will close for repairs one day next week
The River Murray ferry will be out of action for four hours, the state Department for Infrastructure and Transport says.
The Wellington ferry will be out of action for four hours next Wednesday, November 8, the state Department for Infrastructure and Transport has warned.
Weather permitting, it will shut between 10am and 2pm.
Workers will be replacing the cables that guide it across the River Murray.
The nearest available crossing will be at the Tailem Bend ferry.
The department thanked motorists in advance for their patience.
