Wellington ferry will be closed next Wednesday
The Department for Infrastructure and Tranport has warned that the ferry is due for repairs next week.
Do you use the Wellington ferry?
It’ll be closed for maintenance next Wednesday, July 7 between 10am and 2pm, according to the state Department for Infrastructure and Transport.
The nearest available River Murray crossing will, as always, be the Tailem Bend-Jervois ferry.
The department thanked motorists for their patience.
The work will be carried out only if weather permits.
At the time of writing, Wednesday’s forecast was for a partly cloudy day with the slight chance of a shower, according to the Bureau of Meteorology.
