Tyndale Christian School is set to embark on a new era with the construction and renovation of infrastructure on campus.
The new facilities include an expanded early learning centre, a space for allied health workers, additional small class rooms and a nature play.
Meanwhile, refurbishments of existing buildings will enable them to transform into specialised facilities for science, physical education, music and the performing arts.
Principal Tom Cowell said it was about providing a more holistic education for students, but also preparing for the Murraylandsâ future.
âThis is our masterplan for the next 10 years ⌠we want to introduce a second stream of classes,â he said.
âWe have received a lot of support through the federal government with funding.
âMurray Bridge is changing and growing, itâs an exciting place to be.
âWe want to be at the forefront, providing great education for Murray Bridge families ⌠to have that parent and wider community confidence in the school.â
If the feedback he received from the public was anything to go by, Mr Cowell said the school was already heading in the right direction.
âWe received a score of 9.3 for the Kindi Care Excellence Awards this year, and the highest score received in South Australia was 9.5,â he said.
âSo thatâs when I thought âokay, weâre doing the right thing hereâ.
âAll this growth, itâs pretty exciting for us as a school.â
