Two pinged for drink driving in Murray Bridge

Two Murray Bridge men have been reported for drink driving over the weekend.
The first, a 33-year-old, was pulled over on Whitehead Drive at 1.40pm on Saturday.
He allegedly blew 0.2, or four times the legal blood alcohol limit.
Officers suspended his driver’s licence for 12 months on the spot and reported him for driving a vehicle without having proper control of it, driving while unlicensed, and for bail offences.
The second man, a 36-year-old, was stopped on Adelaide Road at 1.45am on Sunday.
He allegedly returned an even higher reading of 0.213.
Officers took his vehicle for 28 days, his licence for 12 months, and reported him.
Both men will face court.

- Monarto: Old Princes Highway, South Eastern Freeway
- Murray Bridge: Adelaide Road, Long Island Road, Mannum Road, Maurice Road, Monash Terrace, Old Swanport Road, Seventh Street, South Terrace, Swanport Road
- Murray Bridge East: Old Princes Highway
- Tailem Bend: Dukes Highway, Granites Road, Princes Highway, Railway Terrace
