As we head into the last weekend of the school holidays there's no shortage of activities in the Murraylands.
On Friday you'll have the chance to meet two incredible guest speakers at the Murray Bridge Mental Health Wellbeing Expo.
They'll also be a silent disco, Mario Kart tournament, river activities and live music - and that's all just throughout Friday.
A popular annual event, the Murray Bridge gold cup, is shaping up to be a great day out at the Murray Bridge Racing Club on Saturday, who's got your tip?

Mental Health Wellbeing Expo: 10am-3pm at Murray Bridge Performing Arts and Function Centre (town hall), 13 Bridge Street, Murray Bridge. The expo will feature local service providers, free activities and guest speakers including Warren Davies - The Unbreakable Farmer and Marc Ryan aka The Beautiful Bogan. Activities include massage therapy, face painting, nature therapy and health checks at the SISU station. A sensory space will also be available in the Vicki Nottage Gallery, which is currently hosting the Youth Art Prize 2025 exhibition.

All French car day: 11am-4pm at Mary Ann Reserve, Mannum. Cars will cruise from Burnside Council car park, through the hills and then park along Mary Ann Reserve where festivities will commence. Lunch can be a self-catered picnic lunch on the reserve or a sit down lunch at Mannum Club overlooking the cars on parade. If you're a French car enthusiast this is the day for you.
