The silly season has officially kicked off so head down to Sturt Reserve for the Murray Bridge Riverfront Christmas Festival on Friday night from 5pm.

Food, drinks, rides and plenty to choose from for early Christmas shopping.

The festival continues from 11am on Saturday with the Christmas parade starting at 4pm - followed by fireworks at 9pm.

The Mannum Hotel have a karaoke night on Saturday from 8pm so grab your mates, rev up your vocal chords and start shouting out your fave tunes.

If trash and treasure is more your pace, support a great local club at the Mannum Rowing Club's huge garage sale on Sunday from 9am at Mary Ann Reserve.

There's always something to do in our area so get out of the house and get into it!
