Things to do in Murray Bridge: May 13-19, 2022
All you need to know about Murray Bridge News' Barker election forum, the Tailem Bend pedal prix, a Youth Week event at Murray Bridge Skate Park and more.
Still not sure how to vote in next week’s federal election?
The candidates for Barker will get together for a public forum at Tailem Bend Town Hall next Tuesday evening.
Hear from Liberal MP Tony Pasin and his electoral rivals about their plans to address our housing crisis, mental health, climate change and other issues.
Mr Pasin, Labor’s Mark Braes, the Nationals’ Jonathan Pietzsch, the Greens’ Rosa Hillam and Australian Federation Party candidate Kym Hanton will all be there, while United Australia’s David Swiggs and independent Vince Pannell will appear via a video link.
The free event will also be live-streamed via Murray Bridge News’ Facebook page.
Still, if you’re nearby, there’s nothing like being there in person.
