Most of us know what it feels like to grieve a loved one.

But there can be a certain isolation about grieving someone who took his or her own life.

Local support group Silent Ripples is about ending that isolation, and helping people wade through the depths of their despair.

If that sounds like you, come along to the group’s annual memorial service at the Round House, in Murray Bridge, this Sunday.

Help is available for anyone who needs it.

Friday

Lunchbox ideas with Rebecca Niejalke: 12-2pm at Murray Bridge Community Centre, 18 Beatty Terrace. Get some new, healthy ideas for school lunches, learn how to understand food labels, brunch provided. Register: 8582 3823.

Cars and Coffee Murray Bridge: 8am at the wharf precinct, Murray Bridge. Car enthusiasts’ social group; check out the cars, have a coffee and a bite to eat.
