Things to do in Murray Bridge: July 15-21, 2022
All you need to know about school holiday activities, the latest exhibitions at the Murray Bridge Regional Gallery and the Beatles Experience.
After having the kids home for a week, I am sure many parents’ creative juices have run dry in coming up with fun activities to keep the kids entertained.
Fortunately, Murray Bridge has got your back, with art being the flavour of the week.
Let the kids dabble in their creative side at the library’s puppet show and escape rooms, the art gallery’s water colour painting session, or Communities for Children’s Crafty Creations.
For old souls, The Beatles Experience will be on this Thursday at Murray Bridge Town Hall, featuring a heap of classics from over the years.
If you’re after something for the whole family, the art gallery will be open late every Friday and Saturday until July 31, starting tomorrow, and will feature some unique exhibitions.
For a limited time only you can see Lacunae, the interactive projection by Tasmanian tech-art collective Soma Lumia; photographs from the Australian Geographic nature photographer of the year competition for 2021; and a canopy of multi-coloured umbrellas hanging at the gallery’s entrance.
