This weekend marks the start of the Adelaide Fringe, with more than 20 shows being presented in Murray Bridge between February 21 and March 23.
The first show to kick off the weekend is Granny Flaps: Wide Open Spaces at the Bridgeport Hotel, plus four more over Saturday and Sunday.

Free clean and green organic waste drop off day: 8am-4pm at Brinkley Waste and Recycling Facility. Proof of residency will be required. Acceptable items include leaves, prunings and small branches up to 100mm in diameter. Loads are limited to an 8x5 trailer size, however unlimited visits on the day are allowed. Granny Flaps: Wide Open Spaces: 8.15pm at the Bridgeport Hotel, Murray Bridge. A true icon in the comedy scene, Granny Flaps has delighted fans with her hilarious takes on love, life, friends, and family and this new show promises to be her most entertaining yet. The Menopause Project T-shirt printmaking workshop: 12-3pm at Murray Bridge Regional Gallery. Bring along a T-shirt and make a design that is both a wearable work of art and a form of self-expression. Tailor made for babies, infants and toddlers with unique, developmentally appropriate experiences for three distinct age groups: 0-1 at 8.30am, 1-2 at 9.45am and 2-3 at 11am. What’s in the Woods? is a gentle welcome to the world of theatre filled with performance, puppetry and play. Older siblings are welcome but this is a safe space for babies and toddlers to play.
