On Saturday, Furever Farm will celebrate its reopening to the public with a family fun day of market stalls, food, activities and of course, farm animals galore.

It’s a busy weekend for Murray Bridge Racing Club, too as it hosts its awards night for the 2021-22 season on Friday, and is back racing the next day at Gifford Hill.

Over at Murray Bridge Regional Gallery, SALA is still in full swing, with a walk around town to celebrate local public art and a scarf-dyeing session with artist Helen Moon.

Murray Bridge Racing Club awards night: 5.30pm at Murray Bridge Racing Club. Join the club as they celebrate their trainers, jockeys and horses’ efforts throughout the 2021-22 racing season. Tickets are $21.97 at moshtix.com.au.

Unity College Music Showcase: doors open at 6.30pm for a 7pm start at Murray Bridge Town Hall. Enjoy a night of music from the junior, middle and senior school students of Unity College. BYO drinks and nibbles. Tickets are $5 and seats are limited, book now by calling 8532 0100.

Furever Farm re-open day: 11am-5pm at Furever Farm, 148 Gogel Road, Rockleigh. After being closed for two years due to the pandemic, the farm gates will be reopening to the public. It will be a day of food, hay rides, market stalls, and of course, the animals. Tickets are $5 for individuals or $20 per carload. Book at trybooking.com.

Murray Bridge art walk: 10.30-12.30pm, commencing at the Murray Bridge Regional Gallery. Join the art gallery team as you take in the SALA exhibitions before heading out to explore public art in the streets of Murray Bridge.
