We're back to business this weekend, with activities and events galore.
Art enthusiasts will be happy to know SALA exhibitions are opening in Murray Bridge, Tailem Bend and Mannum for most of August, don't forget to check it out.
Unity College will also be inducting a new set of people excelling in sport to their sporting hall of fame.
Speaking of sport excellence the Federation Ultra-Trail is happening this Sunday, starting in Monarto and ending at Sturt Reserve.

SALA exhibition opening: 1.30pm-3.30pm at the Coorong Gallery, 95-101 Railway Terrace, Tailem Bend. This year the theme for the gallery's SALA exhibition is that there is no theme. Federation Ultra-Trail: various starts from 7.30am. The course traverses or loops from the southern end of the Lavender/Federation Trail from Monarto Safari Park to the riverside trail head at Sturt Reserve in Murray Bridge. Motor culture Australia - track festival: 8am-4pm at The Bend Motorsport Park. 534 Dukes Highway, Murray Bridge. The track festival focuses on being an all inclusive, accessible track experience.
