Things to do in Murray Bridge: April 8-14, 2022

All you need to know about Sounds by the River, a carp-catching competition at Mannum, an evening with Jenny Valentish and more.

The Karoonda Farm Fair and Squeeze music festival have both been cancelled, but there will still be heaps to do in the Murraylands this weekend.

For a live music fix, it will be hard to go past Sounds by the River, with Hunters and Collectors headlining – tickets were still available at the time of publication.

There’s footy and netty on, too, of course, and a couple of clubs will be putting on a show after the final siren.

Or, for something a bit different, head to Mannum on Sunday for a carp fishing competition.
