Dierdre Kitto will continue as president of the Murray Bridge Social Garden Group following its 2024 AGM.

Murray Bridge Social Garden Group has held its annual general meeting on August 2.

Forty-one members attended, and there were two visitors and three apologies.

A new committee was elected as follows:

  • President: Deirdre Kitto
  • Vice president: Anne Potter
  • Secretary: Jeanette Zanker
  • Treasurer: Roselie Beelitz
  • Committee members: Gianna Bau, Julie Colman, Annette Wright, Ken Wells

After morning tea, Jeanette Zanker showed slides of the group’s outings over the past year.

Its next meeting will be held on Friday, September 6, starting at 9.45am at the Johnstone Park clubrooms.

Expect good fun, good fellowship and good gardening – all are welcome.
