Silence of the Jams II: Lack of Judgement Day will be a Fringe event like no other

This original feature film, with a soundtrack performed live, hilariously fuses high-tech dystopia with old-west bravado as music takes on the machines.

An original cowboy film set in the future with a rock’n’roll soundtrack played live by the Band of Legends?

Tell me more, I hear you say.

In the not-too-distant future, the world is completely controlled by the phones, with AI ruling the planet.

The world has plunged into an augmented reality where nothing is real and humanity is destroyed.

Can we be saved?

Is there a weapon strong enough to destroy the machines?

Enter Eddie Ray, the man who never had a smartphone and watched way too much Terminator Two, ready to fight the machines and bring people together to remember what it is to be human.

This hour-long comedy film features 10 original tracks played live with the Band of Legends and features a choir of locals ready to help fight the machines – in each venue, each town, a new choir.

Dominated by dad puns, Terminator references and incredible Australian scenery, this is guaranteed to be an experience unlike anything you’ve seen, because it’s new every time.

“This is a family-friendly comedy film, which is also a live music gig, where the actor on screen is also playing the soundtrack live,” producer Aimee Gray says.

“During COVID we filmed and created the first film in this series, Silence of the Jams, following a musician who lost all his gigs to the great silence, complete with an entirely original soundtrack where Eddie plays every instrument.

“When gigs returned, the film evolved into a live show and the Band of Legends was born.

“That show was such a huge success, and a hit with audiences far and wide, we needed to see what happens next in this adventure and delve further into the life of Eddie Ray – the only man on the planet who’s never been on the internet.”

Eddie Ray has been called the next Yahoo Serious.

With a unique blend of funky tunes and comedic flair, he stands apart in a digital era dominated by smartphones and viral trends.

His persona embodies a refreshing defiance, eschewing smartphones and TikTok trends for genuine artistry.

This one-man machine is fighting the smartphone apocalypse one song at a time.

Eddie does all his own stunts, writes and records his own music from his home studio – where he plays every instrument – and makes his own films.

Silence of the Jams II was brought to life by a two-person powerhouse team, with Eddie himself in front of the camera and his talented wife Aimee behind it.

Described as a cowboy-motorcycle post-apocalyptic musical extravaganza, Silence of the Jams II redefines entertainment and storytelling.

Don’t miss your chance to witness the extraordinary journey of Eddie Ray and his Band of Legends as they challenge the rule of the smartphone overlords through the magic of live music.

Silence of the Jams II is an event like no other, a fusion of film and live performance that will leave you cheering for an encore.
