Police news: Out-of-control car damages Maurice Road business
Also a hoon wrecks his car and thieves loot a construction site.
An out-of-control car has caused extensive damage to a business on Maurice Road, Murray Bridge.
Police and ambulance officers were called to the business just after 3.30am on Sunday.
The driver of the silver Subaru sedan, a 29-year-old local man, was taken to hospital with minor injuries and was expected to be interviewed by police.

Hoon wrecks car, loses licence
A 23-year-old Murray Bridge man has badly damaged his car while doing burnouts in the town, then lost his licence after police showed up.
The Holden sedan crashed on Doecke Road at 11.15pm on Friday.
Its driver allegedly returned a blood alcohol reading of 0.159, just over three times the legal limit.
Police disqualified him from driving for 12 months on the spot, and he will face court.

Construction site broken into
Police are investigating the theft of a dishwasher, an oven and foor doors from a house under construction on Mulgundawah Road, Murray Bridge.
The construction site was entered and the items taken sometime between Sunday, April 4 and Monday, April 13.
