Police find weapons, drugs at Murray Bridge property
A local man has been arrested after police allegedly discovered gun parts, knives, methamphetamine and more.


Weapons including double-edged knives and a taser have allegedly been found during a police raid on a Murray Bridge property.
Detectives, police dog Indi and local officers searched the property around 9am on Good Friday.
They allegedly found ammunition, parts of one or more guns, knuckledusters, a slingshot and capsicum spray as well as the knives and taser.
They also allegedly found amounts of methamphetamine and cannabis and related equipment.

Police arrested a 39-year-old Murray Bridge man and charged him with possession of prohibited weapons, ammunition, "a dangerous article" and the drugs; unlawful possession; breaching a court order prohibiting him from posessing guns; and breaching bail.
He will remain in custody until at least Tuesday, when he will face Murray Bridge Magistrates' Court.
