SA Police are looking for the Murraylands man, who was last seen at an address at Glenside around midday on December 30.
He may have been seen at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Saturday, but no staff spoke to him during his visit.
Authorities and his family are concerned about his welfare.
The 43-year-old is about 175 centimetres tall with a medium build and short, brown hair in a mohawk style.
Anyone who spots him should immediately call police on 131 444.
