As I understand it, Adrian did not appose decriminalization of abortion, but only abortion of a fetus older than 23 weeks. I think the statement "Women will soon get greater access to abortion in South Australia, despite opposition from MPs including Adrian Pederic" is slightly misleading. To abort (kill) a fetus (baby) when it can survive outside the womb seems very wrong to me. Maybe make contraceptives free and adoption easier.
