The future of local news was the topic of a presentation by Murray Bridge News managing editor Peri Strathearn – that’s me – to a local service club last week.

Rotary Club of Mobilong members welcomed me to a meeting at Murray Bridge RSL on Thursday night.

I offered a preview of the Murray Bridge News Network project, which we announced the next morning; and took questions from members about news coverage, changing business models and my alleged musical prowess.
