One of the most charming parts of Christmas is the lights people put up outside their homes.

The Murray Bridge council has recognised this important festive tradition by choosing their favourite Christmas lights displays from people’s homes and businesses.

The winners of this year’s competition are … drum roll, please … pa rum pum pum pum:

  • Traditional display: Crystal Solly from 7 Robinia Court
  • Small display: Jill and Peter Nelson from 3 Oxford Street
  • Large display: Jiron Blacket of 1 Garden Crescent
  • Business display: Alec Thompson of 13 Finch Road
  • Mayor’s awards: Des and Mim Warner of 10 Robinia Court
