Meet Jane Intini, the newest member of Murray Bridge News’ team
Your independent local news service now has an advertising and subscriptions coordinator.
If you need to promote your organisation, an event or a special offer in the Murraylands, call Jane Intini.
She started work as Murray Bridge News’ advertising and subscriptions coordinator on Tuesday.
Jane will spend three days each week – Tuesday to Thursday – helping local businesses connect with local audiences via Murray Bridge News’ website, email newsletter, social media accounts and digital signage.
She recently moved to Murray Bridge from Port Lincoln, where she coordinated the Tunarama Festival.
But she knows the Murraylands well, having been part of the sales team at 5MU and Power FM in the past; and has designed advertising campaigns in other roles.
“I’m genuinely quite excited,” she said.
“I’ve always loved media, and this role is more interesting than just sales – it’s about working hand-in-hand with businesses to grow their footprint in the region.
“I’d like to hope I can introduce (businesses and readers) to each other in different ways … (and) build connections in the community.”
The Murray Bridge News team now consists of three people, after journalist Viki Ntafillis joined founder and managing editor Peri Strathearn in May.

Clarification: We made the decision to add the word “subscriptions” to Jane’s title in the days after she started. This post has been updated accordingly.
