A mental health talk with an army veteran, Easter celebrations, a skate park competition and more.
A former Australian Army engineer will offer tactical tips to anyone fighting mental health issues at a free event at Tailem Bend next Wednesday night.
Nathan Bolton will be the key speaker at a Coorong Conversations Matter community forum at The Bend Motorsport Park.
He will speak about his tours of Afghanistan, the PTSD and depression they left him with, and his journey of recovery.
Guests – and especially men – will be encouraged to start thinking differently about mental health, and to start discussions about managing their wellbeing and supporting their mates.
