Driver arrested after road rage incident at Wall Flat

Police have arrested a woman after an altercation at Wall Flat that could have turned deadly.
Around 9pm on Sunday, a woman allegedly tried to run some people over with her car at a campsite on Martin Road.
She had left the area by the time police arrived.
However, officers located a vehicle a short distance away and arrested its driver, a 55-year-old local woman.
She was charged with endangering life and refusing a breath test, and disqualified from driving for 12 months.
She will face court in Murray Bridge on February 2.
Meanwhile, Murray Mallee police also three other local drivers over the weekend:
- A 19-year-old Murray Bridge man who allegedly returned a blood alcohol reading of 0.124 on Sturt Reserve Road on Saturday; he lost his licence for six months and had his vehicle impounded for 28 days
- A 24-year-old Munno Para woman allegedly caught speeding on Reedy Creek Road on the same day, and who allegedly failed a drug test afterwards; she lost her licence for three months
- A 25-year-old Murray Bridge woman who was allegedly driving while disqualified on Gail Crescent on Sunday; she will face the local Magistrates Court

Auger stolen in Murray Bridge
Meanwhile, police are investigating the theft of an auger in Murray Bridge.
The Digga Halo auger drive, worth thousands of dollars, was taken from a property on Smeaton Avenue over the weekend.
More than one person would have been needed to move the weighty tool, which is normally mounted on an excavator or another piece of heavy machinery.
