Coorong Cats go back-to-back in the 2025 RMFL grand final
The Coorong cats have defeated Jervois in the 2025 RMFL grand final at Tailem Bend, on Saturday.

In a nail biting finish Coorong Cats have won the River Murray Football League 2025 premiership.
The Cats out-matched Jervois in Saturday’s A grade grand final at Tailem Bend, winning 7.14 (56) to 7.8 (50).
The winning side started strong with the first three goals on the board before Jervois had yet to score.
But Jervois attack moved swiftly to gain possession, it was anyone's game in the last quarter.
Although, after missing a few, Daniel Menzel, kicked a goal to put the cats in front in the last quarter.
The player coach thanked Jervois for a hard hit out during the day and throughout the whole season.
"Todays game was unbelievable, there doesn't deserve to be a loser," Mr Menzel said.
"The RMFL, what a league, the standards have gone through the roof and it's incredible to play in every single week."
"This is what it's all about, we're back-to-back premiers, let's enjoy it."

Coorong's Matthew Hartman was presented with the best on ground Bohdan Cybulka Medal.
Other premiership teams for the day included Ramblers, Imperials and Tailem Bend.
- Reserves: Imperials 12.5 (77) defeated Jervois 6.7 (43), Reschke Medal winner Dylan Schenscher
- Under 18s: Tailem Bend 11.13 (79) defeated Mypolonga 4.3 (27), Schenke Medal winner Lincoln Pitt
- Under 15.5: Ramblers 7.4 (46) defeated Mannum 6.9 (45), Kluske Medal winner Declan Gladigua
- Under 13: Ramblers 9.9 (63) defeated Coorong Cats 4.1 (25), Maynard Medal winner Louie Marks
