Upcoming Curtain Call workshops will give locals a chance to experience the fun of the stage without having to commit to rehearsals or performances.
This sponsored story is brought to you by Murray Bridge Players and Singers.
Are you looking for a fun, welcoming way to get involved in local theatre?
Murray Bridge Players and Singers invites you to experience the excitement of community performing arts through our new and upcoming Curtain Call come and try days!
At MBP&S, we pride ourselves on creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment where everyone is welcome.
We strive for friendship with excellence as we bring performing arts experiences such as musicals and youth theatre productions to life for our community.
Our Curtain Call come and try events are the perfect opportunity to see what weโre all about without the commitment of auditioning for a full show.
These low-pressure, fun-filled days give you the chance to meet new people, learn a song and dance from the featured musical, experience what rehearsals are like, and simply have a great time.

Whether youโve been on stage before or are completely new to theatre, Curtain Call is designed to be relaxed, encouraging, and enjoyable for all.
Upcoming events include:
- Mamma Mia! edition: 10am-3pm on Sunday, June 14
- Wicked edition: Sunday, September 20
The events will be open to anyone aged 15 and over, with bookings required.
The cost will be $10 for non-members, payable on the day.
There will also be door prizes to be won, so bring a friend or two and come along for a fantastic day โ we canโt wait to meet you and have a sing and dance together!
A huge thank you to Murray Bridge Club for supporting these events and helping us provide these experiences to the community through their generous community grants program.
